About Ms.
Christine is a Human Resource and Administration professional with over eight years of experience across both the private sector and the humanitarian and development context in South Sudan. She brings strong expertise in human resource management, administration, and compliance, contributing to efficient organizational operations and effective workforce management. She has solid working knowledge of HR and administrative systems, including Cyrus, Navision, and Easy Roster, and is experienced in managing HR functions within multi-donor environments. Her experience spans programmes funded by SCOPE, RSRTF, Korea Child Fund, HPF (Lot 1 and Lot 2), UNICEF, UNDP, READ, and the LAST Project supported by the Royal Norwegian Embassy.
In her role at CORWADO, Achan oversees the full spectrum of human resource and administrative functions. This includes managing recruitment and selection processes from job advertisement and candidate sourcing to interviews and reference checks, as well as coordinating staff onboarding, orientation, and contract management. She plays a key role in performance management through probation evaluations and annual appraisals, while also supporting payroll coordination and benefits administration. Additionally, she ensures effective tracking of staff attendance and timesheets, maintains comprehensive HR records and personnel files, and manages employee relations, including grievances and disciplinary processes. Achan also contributes to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with national labour laws and organizational standards. She plays an important role in strengthening internal systems by ensuring proper documentation, supporting audit processes, and promoting adherence to donor compliance requirements. She is committed to fostering a professional, compliant, and supportive work environment, contributing to the overall effectiveness, accountability, and institutional strengthening of CORWADO’s operations.
