About Mr.
Ochan Charles Mathew is a Senior Humanitarian and International Development Leader with over 17 years of experience managing complex programmes across Africa, the Middle East, and Asia. He has led multi-country portfolios exceeding USD 170 million, funded by major donors including USAID, FCDO, the European Union, and UN agencies. His expertise spans the Humanitarian–Development–Peace Nexus, Food Security and Livelihoods, Market Systems Development, and climate resilience. Ochan joined CORWADO in November 2025 as Chief Operating and Programmes Officer, where he drives programme quality, operational excellence, and institutional systems strengthening, with a strong focus on localization, partnerships, and delivering sustainable impact for vulnerable communities.
