Mr. James Bingos Rufas

Mr. James Bingos Rufas is a finance and compliance professional with over 7 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, and grant management within the humanitarian and development sector in South Sudan. He has demonstrated strong expertise in managing multi-donor funded programmes, including grants from UNICEF, WFP, GPE (Global Partnership for Education), ECW (Education Cannot Wait), LRPF, UNDP, and the Royal Norwegian Embassy. He has successfully managed high-value grants, including a USD 4 million ECW programme, ensuring robust financial oversight, compliance, and reporting in line with donor requirements. Mr. James joined CORWADO in December 2025 as a Finance and Compliance Officer and has since been promoted to the role of Finance and Compliance Coordinator, reflecting his strong performance, leadership, and contribution to strengthening financial systems and compliance within the organization.
