Ms. Rosemary Andrew

Ms. Rosemary Andrew is a seasoned humanitarian and operations professional with over 15 years of experience in logistics, programme support, and operational management within complex and resource-constrained environments. She spent more than a decade with the World Food Programme (WFP) in South Sudan, where she played a critical role in supporting large-scale humanitarian operations, including supply chain management, commodity tracking, vendor coordination, and operational planning to ensure timely delivery of life-saving assistance to vulnerable populations. Her expertise spans logistics coordination, data management, operational analysis, and compliance with donor and organizational standards, supported by a strong background in social work and administration. She joined CORWADO in February 2026 as Executive Director (Representative), where she provides strategic leadership and oversight of the organization’s programmes, operations, and institution
