About Mr.
Mr. Oroma Paul Robert Lowala is a dedicated development professional with over four years of experience in entrepreneurship promotion and livelihoods programming. He brings strong expertise in business advisory services, project management, Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E), financial inclusion, and inclusive education, supporting effective programme delivery and community impact. He has a proven track record in designing and delivering tailored training programmes on entrepreneurship and financial literacy, while actively promoting women’s and youth empowerment, disability inclusion, and the prevention of gender-based violence. His work focuses on strengthening the capacity of individuals and groups to engage in sustainable economic activities and improve their livelihoods.
Oroma holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the Catholic University of South Sudan. He joined CORWADO in January 2026 as a Programme Officer, where he leads initiatives focused on entrepreneurship and business development. His approach emphasizes sustainable, inclusive, and community-driven solutions, contributing to the transformation of rural livelihoods, fostering leadership, and driving long-term development impact.
