Mr. Okot Jacob Mathew is a dedicated and results-oriented professional with over three years of experience in humanitarian operations, human resource management, and administration in South Sudan. He has built a strong track record in supporting organizational effectiveness through efficient coordination of HR and administrative functions in dynamic and challenging environments. He joined CORWADO in June 2022 as a Human Resources Administrative Assistant and Intern, and through demonstrated commitment and strong performance, progressed to the role of Human Resource and Administration Officer. He currently serves as a Finance and Administration Officer, reflecting his growing expertise and contribution to strengthening organizational systems and operations. Mr. Jacob has extensive experience across key areas of human resource management, including recruitment and selection, onboarding, performance management, payroll administration, employee relations, and policy implementation. He has been instrumental in supporting HR department setup, maintaining personnel records, managing staff attendance and timesheets, and ensuring compliance with national labour laws and organizational procedures. In addition to his HR expertise, he brings strong operational and administrative coordination skills, supporting procurement processes, logistics, and internal systems. He is experienced in working within complex humanitarian contexts, demonstrating the ability to manage competing priorities, support programme teams, and maintain high standards of accountability and professionalism.
