Institutional Capacity and Business Development Services for Rural Producer Organizations (READ Project)

This project strengthens the institutional, organizational, and financial capacity of Rural Producer Organizations (RPOs), cooperatives, farmers’ groups, micro- and small enterprises (MSEs), and Village Savings and Loan Associations (VSLAs) in Magwi County. Through enterprise diagnostics, Business Development Services (BDS), governance training, and market systems facilitation, the project enables women- and youth-led enterprises to become investment-ready and access catalytic financing through the READ Matching Grants Facility.
